Hitting and Attacking Clinic

Our hitting and attacking clinic aims to provide athletes with a baseline understanding of the core mechanics, cue reading, decision making and skill execution of what it means to be an effective attacker. This program will go in depth on how to be successful on the court as either an outside or middle attacker, understanding different attacking approaches, shots, transitions, while allowing each athlete the ability to be creative on the court.

  • Registration Fee is $115

    Refund Policy:

    There will be no refunds for those choosing to withdraw one week before clinics are set to begin. We pay many costs up front, therefore please make sure you can attend before registering. Please email us at rmcougarvolleyball@gmail.com

  • Athletes will be exposed to many different variations of attacking skills, decision making, and cue reading, including but not limited to:

    - Arm swing mechanics and variations

    - Transition Attacking

    - Off speed attacks

    - Tempo Ball Hitting

    - Back Court Attacks

    - Attack Coverage (Defense helps create the best offence!)

    - Mondays/5:00pm-6:30pm
