July Skill Workshops
Improve your game with our Skill Workshops, each a week-long intensive training program focused on developing a specific skill. Ideal for focused athletes looking to enhance their technical skill set and reach the next level!
August Elite Training
Compete at the highest level with our six-week Competitive Training program. Designed to prepare players for their upcoming school season, Each session contains skill work, gameplay, and strength & conditioning from our great coaches!
JULY 2023 WORKSHOPS

This camp takes place over three days, during the first week of July 2023. Each session will be 3 hours, for a total of 9 hours.
Cost:
Registration Fee is $175.00
Focus of Clinic:
Hitting approach and landing footwork.
Arm swing, form, and speed.
Ball contact and strategic placement.
Location:

Serving footwork, contact, and location.
Passing footwork, platform angle, and positioning.

Block footwork, hand positioning, and timing.
Defensive footwork, court positioning, and platform.

Focus of Clinic:
Build muscle memory around passing, hitting and blocking footwork.
Develop fluidity between passing, hitting, and blocking movements.

AUGUST ELITE TRAINING
Get yourself prepared for school volleyball with a 6 week training program. Each week has a total of 9 hours of training, totaling to 54 hours upon completion. This program is designed for athletes between the ages of 15-18.
This high performance training program will focus on the areas of strength, coordination, balance, and agility training. This program is developed by our Ace certified personal trainer, Lisa Arrington.
Program Format:
Mondays
Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
Wednesdays
Strength and agility training from 4:30 to 6:00pm.
Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
Fridays
Strength and agility training from 4:30 to 6:00pm.
Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

Program Dates:
Program runs Monday, Wednesday Friday. First session begins July 31st 2023 and last session ends September 8, 2023.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Each session will be 2 hours, between 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Structure:
This program is designed to get you back in the gym and ready for school season. The training will be targeted towards developing and sharpening the following skills:
Serve Receive
Out of system gameplay
Blocking transition and hitting form

Program Breakdown:
Every athlete that works hard, is teachable, and completes this program will see tangible results in their overall athletic performance. Here is what you can expect from the training.
Weight Training - an increase in your overall strength and power
Plyometric Training - an increase in your explosiveness and vertical jump
Agility Training - an increase in your functional movement and overall agility on the volleyball court
