BUILD STRENGTH PROGRAM

This program is all about us helping our athletes reach their full potential on and off the court. Our very own ACE certified personal trainer has designed this training program and will make sure it is adapted to meet the personal needs of each athlete. Every athlete that works hard, is teachable, and consistently participates in this program will see tangible results in their overall athletic performance. Here is what you can expect from the training.

  • Weight Training - an increase in your overall strength and power

  • Plyometric Training - an increase in your explosiveness and vertical jump

  • Agility Training - an increase in your quickness, coordination, and speed

  • Mental Training - learning to overcome challenges and to push ourselves further than we ever thought possible before.

  • Tue./Thur. from 3:30 -5:30pm

    May 28, 30 June 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20

  • Tue./Thur. from 2:30-5:00pm

    July 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25

  • 12 - 18 year old (girls only)

  • We will split the athletes into 2 groups based upon age/skill level

    Group 1 will complete the BUILD training while Group 2 plays volleyball during the 1st hour.

    Then Group 2 will complete the BUILD training while Group1 plays volleyball during the 2nd hour.

    *July will have an additional 30 minutes of volleyball play at the end.

  • May/June Registration Fee is $175. (16 hours of total gym time)

    July Registration Fee is $195. (20 hours of total gym time)

    This covers gym rental, equipment costs, trainer/coach costs, and insurance fees.

    Refund Policy:

    There will be no refunds for those choosing to withdraw one week before the program begins. We pay many costs up front, therefore please make sure you can attend before registering. Please email us at ciacbuild@gmail.com if you have any questions.

  • Our BUILD Strength and Agility Program Director is Coach Lisa Arrington.

    She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a background in volleyball and powerlifting.

    She has been with Cougars since the beginning (2020) as a co-founder of our club.
